Supplying your dream jersey is what we love to do! Using the “Price It Up” options below you can tailor your jersey to your budget; go Sublimation for an all over print or Sewn On for tackle twill decals and embroidery added to a range of set colours, or mix and match!
American Football Jerseys Size Chart
Classic tailors into the bottom of the jersey, with the option of wider or tighter sleeves.
Classic Short tailors in to the bottom of the jersey which is 6" shorter in length than the Classic Standard. On this jersey the shoulders are a tighter fit and comes with an elastic waist.
Nordmen tailors into the bottom slightly wider than the Classic jersey. You can also choose to have tighter or standard width shoulders.
Tailored Pro tailors into the bottom of the jersey which has an elastic waist. The tighter tailoring than the others and comes as standard with wider shoulders, although tighter shoulders are available.
Omega a tighter cut chest tailors into the bottom of the jersey which has an elastic waist. The shoulders are the tighter fit. Ultimate Lycra and Ultimate Mesh are used as well as shoulder pads shoulder pockets on the inside of the jersey.
Womens cut jersey tailored to their shape of body. You can also choose to have tighter or standard width shoulders.
Sizes are given if the garment is laid flat and measured side to side, end to end, etc. It is not the circumference.
Light blue coloumn is where the jersey tailors in.
As all items are custom made by hand, and are not mass produced, we allow for +/- 1 inch variation in the sizes.
Alterations can be made to bespoke items at an extra cost. For example sleeves can be shortened, lengths can be made longer.
Fabric Colour Guides
A classic fabric synonymous with American Football. Heavy weight mesh fabric ideal for the tough game.
A thick spandex fabric which is able to stretch and return to its normal state. A popular choice for side panels and shoulders.

Sewn on Decals
Allows you to budget your options by having a base price for standard colours, and then adding elements such as team name, team logo to the design.
If we do not have the colours of your choice, the best option is to go down the sublimated route.
Sublimated Print
Allows you to choose from a vast array of different colours from the "Pantone" colour chart and even closely match your own team colours from your logo.
The price includes all printing of team name, player name, player number etc within the fabric.
However, if you are wanting to go all out, you can have a sublimated print and then pay for extra sewn on decals.

Fabrics
We offer a stretch fit, known as NuPro, front jersey option with heavy spandex for the sides and shoulders complimented by pro mesh bottom panelling for ventilation.
Alternatively, choose the classic look of a pro mesh front and rear and heavy lycra shoulders and sides.
OR, we have a new Delta Premium Range with a well engineered lycra and Super Pro Mesh AND we have another fabric, NuEdge, a premium soft matte finish with optional laser cut ventilation holes!
Either way, these are built for the toughest of competitions.
