A one off fee is charged to cover the additional time to Make Your Dreams Come True. If it is a basic design you’d like, just logo and name for example, the fee is lower. For a complicated design the set up fee is chargable. If you are a previous customer of ours, you get a discounted or even free set up fee! Please check the “Set Up Fees Explained” in the Team Store for more information.

If your bespoke order is less than 10 items, please note there is a surcharge to cover costs, currently at 10% on top of the price quoted. This would be added to the final bill upon placing an order.

Due to the items being custom made/made to order, they unfortunately can not be returned, unless damaged or defective. Please make sure you enter the correct options during the order process.
