Set Up Fees Explained – Sublimation

To create your dream garment takes time, and unfortunately time costs money, which is why we have to charge a set up fee for sublimation and design work.
Fear not though, as we’re not out to charge you for everything.

The initial set up fee covers all the conversations between ourselves designing the item, then print tests and the final paid for item. This is the most time consuming part, as we know you want your item to be how your imagined it to be.

Once that one fee is paid, you can reverse the colours for no extra set up fee and, if you order another 3 unique items, there’s no additional set up fee in the first year. Other items based on an initial design are not chargeable design wise, nor is your colour way overlayed over someone else’s previous design.

So for example, you order a new jersey design, there would be the initial set up fee. You can flip the colours for an Away jersey incurring no additional set up fee. If you decide you’d like a new pair of shorts within the first year of ordering the new jersey, there is no additional set up fee for the first 5 attempts of design, similarity if you wanted an away jersey within the first year, there is no set up fee.

You can also have your exact jersey design as sublimated hoody or windbreaker for example for no additional fee and does not count towards the 3 unique items, as the design is in place, just on a different garment.

If you order a unique design, for example an Away jersey, after year 1, there the set up fee is reduced and the example above rolls over.
